You can register your return in a few simple steps.
WHEN MAKING A RETURN PLEASE NOTE:

We've extended our return deadline due to Christmas. All orders from the 1st of November can be returned until the 31st of January.
In Denmark you have the option to return, or exchange your purchase in all our MSCH COPENHAGEN stores. If using our prepaid labels, a return fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Prepaid return labels are only available in the following countries:

Denmark: 45 DKK
Sweden: 120 SEK
Austria, Belgium, Germany, and Poland: 12 EUR

In the rest of Europe, you are responsible for purchasing a return label.

We as a company are not able to collect packages from parcel shops, therefore must all packages be shipped directly to our warehouse address stated below.

It can take up to 14 days for the package to arrive to our warehouse. Once we have received it, we will process your return, and refund the amount by the same payment method you used at purchase. The refund takes 2 to 4 business days.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. We will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to refund. The shipment cost will not be refunded in case of partial returns, only when returning the whole order.

Register Returns and Claims

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS


    Go to our Return and Claims portal
    Enter your order number and e-mail address to log in.
    Select the item you would like to return along with the return reason.
    You will then receive a confirmation of the return registration by e-mail.
    Wrap your product properly to avoid any damage during shipping. We recommend that you reuse the shipping bag.
    Apply the enclosed return label* on the package. Make sure to cover up or remove the original label and any other bar codes on the package. If you have not received a pre-paid return label, please contact Customer Care via webshop@mschcopenhagen.com.
    Drop your return package at your local post office/parcel store.
    Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received and registered the returned products in our warehouse. The refund can take up to 14 business days after we have received the package.
    Packages must be sent to our warehouse to the following address: MSCH COPENHAGEN A/S, Artvej 1, 7100 Vejle, Denmark.

*Enclosed return labels are not available in all countries.


CONDITIONS TO BE AWARE OF


You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the items and request a refund. All products must be returned in original condition and with the tags still attached.

We are not able to exchange sizes, you must therefore place a new order. We are not able to collect your package at a drop point or postal office.

We advise you to get a proof of postage, should your package be lost or damaged on the way. It also gives us a chance to support you in case any issues should occur. In the case of postal returns, MSCH COPENHAGEN will not accept or pay the delivery or return charges.

If you have received a prepaid return label in your package you are welcome to use that. The cost of using our label will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
